The following Terms and Conditions apply to all services of the Adiona travel j.d.o. agency, ID code: HR-AB-21-060344917. Adiona travel j.d.o.o will provide the following services: one day trips, overnight trips, routine transfers (e.g. airport transfers), non-routine transfers, or other rental services (collectively “the service”)..
Booking
The service can be booked at the agency premises (Pojišanska 12, Split, Croatia) or by e-mail (info@adionatravel.hr). Adiona travel j.d.o.o shall endeavour to promptly reply to any request for information about availability and other details of the service requested.
On receipt of a reservation request for the service, Adiona travel j.d.o.o will promptly send you confirmation of reservation with departure details and contact numbers. Unless by special arrangement or in the case of routine transfers, no more than 12 hours before commencement of performance of the relevant service, guests should attend the premises of the Agency to convert the reservation to a ticket and then pay any outstanding balance due.General Payment Arrangements
Payment arrangements for the service may vary, however larger groups (6 people and more) and for private tours, clients are required to pay at minimum 30% of the total due on booking.
When Clients makes reservation for private tour/tailor made tour/boat rental, Client pays 30% of total price within 7 days for confirming reservation. The rest of amount 70%, Client pays 30 days before taking the service of private tour/“tailor made“ tour/boat rental in Tourist agency Adiona travel.Items included in the price are only those specified in the itinerary. All prices quoted in catalogues and leaflets are per person charges and shown in Croatian Kuna, though foreign currency equivalents may be accepted.
IMPORTANT:
Be advised that this quotation is based on current currency exchange rates and may change due to rate fluctuation. Depending on the prevailing exchange rate at the time of final payment the price may increase or decrease accordingly. This is a quotation only and all services are subject to availability.Change of Reservation
Reservation changes must be made via e-mail (info@adionatravel.hr) or phone at +385 21 642855, 24 hours before the departures.Cancellations
Client has the right to cancel the tour. If client cancels reservation / service purchased within 72 hours before the start of the tour, he / she is not entitled to a refund of the money paid for the tour.
If client does not appear on the departure day of the tour (which had previously paid entirely) or being late, he / she is not entitled to a refund paid for the tour.Situations where:
– group (6 people or more)/ private tour/ rents a boat with skipper purchased any of our services and cancelled it in one of the following periods
• up to 15 days before departure Agency retains 100% of the paid amount– client books a daytrip cancelled by himself in a following periods:
• up to 30 days before departure Agency retains 10% of the paid amount
• 29-15 days before departure Agency. retains 25% of the paid amount
• 14-4 days before departure Agency retains 40% of the paid amount
• 3 -0 days before departure Agency retains 100% of the paid amountTRAVEL DOCUMENTS
Adiona travel j.d.o.o sends a voucher to the client by e-mail upon receipt of booking or after purchasing services online. Client is required to show received voucher in the printout or electronic form before using reserved service.
While buying on the points of sale, client is obligated to take a bill which serves as credible document for the tour.Tour Departures/Returns
Unless by specific agreement between the parties, all tours and transfers commence in Split. We kindly request our passengers to come to the meeting point 20 minutes before due departure. If a passenger fails to present at the meeting point on time without a valid reason (to be determined at the sole discretion of Adiona travel j.d.o.o.), any costs incurred by the guest will not be refunded. Despite a commitment to punctuality, please note that tour return times are variable, depending on the traffic, weather conditions and any other unforeseen circumstances.Liability
Adiona travel j.d.o.o. reserves the rights to alter routes, itineraries or timetables should the necessity arise, including adverse weather or road conditions. No responsibility is taken for expenses incurred by guests and due to damages, negligence, weather, war or other issues beyond the reasonable control of Adiona travel j.d.o.o. The company will not be held responsible for any losses whatsoever that a guest may face due to unforeseen delay.RESPONSIBILITY OF THE ORGANIZER
According to the regulations, employees of agencies with which the contracting arrangement are required to make available the Traveller promotional material and these General Terms and Conditions in written or electronic form, to give adequate notice of the basic border formalities, the formalities for issuing visas and health formalities with regard to travel and stay in destination as well as the time required for the fulfillment of these formalities.

Concluding the Traveler confirms that he had presented all this information and that he is familiar with the content and the possibility of insurance.
The organizer is not responsible if some activities and facilities that are dependent on the weather conditions (lack of snow, low temperature must, precipitation, etc.) and natural phenomena (mucilage, the appearance of insects, jellyfish, etc.), can not be realized in line with expectations passengers.In the case where Adiona travel is not the responsible organizer, the general terms and conditions of the responsible organizer apply, and Adiona travel is not responsible for fulfilling its obligations.
COLLECTION AND USE OF SERVICES
Services contained in order mentioned on the voucher may be implemented as following:
– Voucher serves as confirmation and purchase ticket forselected tour, transfer or any of the products referred to the agency.
– Client gives a voucher to agency representative upon arrival at the place of boarding for the transfer, tour, or some of the products referred to the agency. Voucher can be used only one time.
– Re-issuing vouchers in case of any loss shall be carried out in accordance with Terms and Conditions on the guest’s request. In that case, client contacts Adiona travel j.d.o.o with a request for reissuing the voucher.Indemnity
As a guest of Adiona travel j.d.o.o. you understand:
• That you are personally responsible for your behaviour while in the agency’s premises or during the provision of the service by Adiona travel j.d.o.o.
• You specifically indemnify Adiona travel j.d.o.o. officers, directors, employees, agents, successors against any liability for any loss, damage, liability, cost or expense of any kind (including attorney’s fees) incurred in connection with any third party claim or otherwise, in relation to your use of the Adiona travel j.d.o.o. website (including posting of any content) or access to this website, or your violation of either these terms of use or the rights of any third party.Adiona travel j.d.o.o. will, however, fully insure you against all injury and accident incurred during transportation and tours where she is responsible Organiser.

Adiona travel j.d.o.o. requires that you agree to follow the following basic rules of conduct:
1. You will follow these Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws.
2. You will provide truthful and accurate information.
3. You will not harass, threaten or abuse staff or any other people when using Adiona travel j.d.o.o in any manner.
4. You will not post any content that is obscene or may be hateful or offensive on racial, ethnic, sexual or any other grounds; is harmful, vulgar or distasteful; is defamatory, libellous, or invades another person’s privacy or proprietary rights.
5. You will not collect or store personally identifiable information about any other individual on the Sites, or otherwise stalk, repeatedly contact or harass another user.
6. You will not impersonate any other person or misrepresent a relationship with any person or entity, including misrepresenting a relationship with Adiona travel j.d.o.o similarly, you will not adopt a false identity if the purpose of doing so is to deceive or defraud another.
7. You will not post any content that contains any viruses, cancel bots, Trojan horses, harmful code, or other computer software or program designed to interrupt the Adiona travel j.d.o.o service we provide, users’ ability to enjoy the Sites, or the proper functioning of any software, hardware or equipment or materials used in connection with the Sites.
8. You will not use any information on the Sites for any commercial purposes, except as expressly authorized by Adiona travel j.d.o.o.

Comments or Complaints
We welcome guest’s comment on our tours or the service generally. Please leave your comment on our web page or on Tripadvisor. Client has a right to complain to the unfulfilled contractual services. He is required to file a written complaint to the Adiona travel j.d.o.o, and maximum up to seven days of the tour. Complaints filed after the expiration of seven days will not be taken into consideration. We emphasize that it is in the interest of passengers to act in good faith and express the desire to resolve the complaint during the tour, and their written complaint to the service provider on the spot and the service provider requested a written confirmation that the complaint was received. The agency shall make a written decision on the complaint within 14 days of receipt and the manner in which the complaint was received (e-mail, mail or hand delivery to which will be answered by written mail with return receipt). The Costumer and the Agency will aim to settle possible law suits in the application of this Agreement and if an agreement cannot be reached the issue will become subject to the decision of the Split Court jurisdiction, under the authority of the laws of the Republic of Croatia.Sljedeći Uvjeti poslovanja vrijede za sve usluge Adiona travel j.d.o. agencija, ID šifra: HR-AB-21-060344917. Adiona travel j.d.o.o će pružati sljedeće usluge: jednodnevna putovanja, noćna putovanja, rutinske transfere (npr. transferi iz zračne luke), nerutinske transfere ili druge usluge iznajmljivanja (zajedničkim nazivom “usluga”).
Rezervacija
Uslugu je moguće rezervirati u prostorijama agencije (Pojišanska 12, Split, Hrvatska) ili putem e-maila (info@adionatravel.hr). Adiona travel j.d.o.o će nastojati promptno odgovoriti na svaki zahtjev za informacijama o raspoloživosti i ostalim detaljima tražene usluge.
Po primitku zahtjeva za rezervaciju usluge, Adiona travel j.d.o.o će Vam promptno poslati potvrdu rezervacije s podacima o polasku i kontakt brojevima. Osim u slučaju posebnog dogovora ili u slučaju rutinskih transfera, najkasnije 12 sati prije početka obavljanja relevantne usluge, gosti se trebaju javiti u prostorije agencije kako bi pretvorili rezervaciju u kartu i zatim podmirili preostali iznos.Opći načini plaćanja
Aranžmani plaćanja za uslugu mogu varirati, međutim veće grupe (6 osoba i više) i za privatne ture, klijenti su dužni platiti najmanje 30% ukupnog iznosa prilikom rezervacije.
Kada Klijenti rezerviraju privatnu turu/turu po mjeri/najam broda, Klijent plaća 30% ukupne cijene u roku od 7 dana za potvrdu rezervacije. Ostatak iznosa 70%, Klijent plaća 30 dana prije preuzimanja usluge privatnog putovanja/„tailor made“ putovanja/iznajmljivanja broda u Turističkoj agenciji Adiona travel.Stavke uključene u cijenu su samo one navedene u itinereru. Sve cijene navedene u katalozima i letcima su po osobi i prikazane su u eurima.
Promjena rezervacije
Promjene rezervacije potrebno je izvršiti putem e-maila (info@adionatravel.hr) ili telefona na +385 21 642855 24 sata prije polaska.Otkazivanja
Klijent ima pravo otkazati putovanje. Ukoliko gost otkaže rezervaciju/kupljenu uslugu unutar 72 sata prije početka izleta, nema pravo na povrat uplaćenog novca za izlet.
Ukoliko se gost ne pojavi na dan polaska na putovanje ili ako kasni (koje je prethodno platio u cijelosti), nema pravo na povrat uplaćenih sredstava za putovanje.Situacije u kojima:
– grupa (6 ili više osoba)/ privatni izlet/ najam broda sa skiperom kupili neku od naših usluga i otkazali je u jednom od sljedećih perioda

Adiona travel j.d.o.o šalje voucher klijentu putem e-maila po primitku rezervacije ili nakon online kupnje usluge. Klijent je dužan prije korištenja rezervirane usluge pokazati primljeni voucher u ispisanom ili elektroničkom obliku.
Prilikom kupnje na prodajnim mjestima klijent je dužan uzeti račun koji služi kao vjerodostojna isprava za obilazak.Polasci/Povratci
Osim u slučaju posebnog dogovora između strana, sva putovanja i transferi započinju u Splitu. Molimo putnike da na mjesto okupljanja dođu 20 minuta prije planiranog polaska. Ukoliko putnik ne dođe na mjesto okupljanja na vrijeme bez valjanog razloga (koji utvrđuje Adiona travel j.d.o.o.), eventualni troškovi gosta neće biti vraćeni. Unatoč obvezi točnosti, imajte na umu da su vremena povratka promjenjiva, ovisno o prometu, vremenskim uvjetima i drugim nepredviđenim okolnostima.Odgovornost
Adiona putovanja j.d.o.o. zadržava pravo izmjene ruta, itinerera ili rasporeda ako se ukaže potreba, uključujući nepovoljne vremenske uvjete ili uvjete na cesti. Ne preuzima se odgovornost za troškove nastale od strane gostiju i nastale zbog štete, nemara, vremenskih prilika, rata ili drugih problema koji su izvan razumne kontrole Adiona travel j.d.o.o. Sukladno propisima, djelatnici agencija s kojima je sklopljen ugovor dužni su Putniku promidžbeni materijal i ove Opće uvjete staviti na raspolaganje u pisanom ili elektroničkom obliku, na odgovarajući način obavijestiti o osnovnim graničnim formalnostima, formalnostima za izdavanje viza i zdravstvene formalnosti vezane uz putovanje i boravak u odredištu kao i vrijeme potrebno za ispunjavanje tih formalnosti.
Uz to smo mu dužni ponuditi i upoznati ga sa sadržajem osiguranja od nezgode i bolesti tijekom putovanja, štete ili gubitka prtljage, dobrovoljnog zdravstvenog osiguranja za vrijeme putovanja i boravka u inozemstvu, osiguranja od otkaza putovanja te osiguranja koja pokrivaju troškove i pomažu pri povratku putnika u mjesto polaska u slučaju nezgoda i bolesti.
Zaposlenici agencije dužni su Putnika upoznati sa sadržajem važećeg Ugovora o osiguranju od odgovornosti za štetu uzrokovanu neizvršavanjem, djelomičnim ili neurednim izvršavanjem obveza organizatora Putnika iz paket aranžmana.
Sukladno pružanju usluga u turizmu, organizator je sklopio ugovor s osiguravajućim društvom Croatia osiguranje d.d. (Broj police: 554291001257).
Zaključenjem Putnik potvrđuje da je dao sve ove podatke te da je upoznat sa sadržajem i mogućnošću osiguranja.
Organizator ne snosi odgovornost ako se neke aktivnosti i sadržaji koji ovise o vremenskim uvjetima (nedostatak snijega, niske temperature mošta, oborine i sl.) i prirodnim pojavama (sluz, pojava insekata, meduza i sl.) ne mogu izvesti. realiziran u skladu s očekivanjima putnika.U slučaju gdje Adiona travel nije odgovorni organizator vrijede opći uvjeti odgovornog organizatora te Adiona travel ne odgovara za ispunjenje obaveza istoga.
PRIKUPLJANJE I KORIŠTENJE USLUGA
Usluge sadržane u redoslijedu navedenom na voucheru mogu se implementirati na sljedeći način:
– Voucher služi kao potvrda i kupnja karte za odabrano putovanje, transfer ili neki od proizvoda upućenih agenciji.
– Klijent daje voucher predstavniku agencije po dolasku na mjesto ukrcaja za transfer, obilazak ili neki od proizvoda upućenih agenciji. Vaučer se može iskoristiti samo jednom.
– Ponovno izdavanje vouchera u slučaju gubitka vrši se prema Uvjetima na zahtjev gosta. U tom slučaju klijent kontaktira Adiona travel j.d.o.o sa zahtjevom za reizdavanjem vouchera.Odšteta
Kao gost Adiona travel j.d.o.o. razumiješ:
• Da ste osobno odgovorni za svoje ponašanje u prostorijama agencije ili tijekom pružanja usluge Adiona travel j.d.o.o.
• Posebno oslobađate Adiona travel j.d.o.o. službenike, direktori, zaposlenike, agente, nasljednike protiv bilo kakve odgovornosti za bilo kakav gubitak, štetu, odgovornost, trošak ili izdatak bilo koje vrste (uključujući odvjetničke naknade) nastalih u vezi s bilo kojim potraživanjem treće strane ili na drugi način, u vezi s vašim korištenjem Adione travel j.d.o.o. web stranici (uključujući objavljivanje bilo kojeg sadržaja) ili pristup ovoj web stranici, ili vaše kršenje ovih uvjeta korištenja ili prava bilo koje treće strane.Adiona putovanja j.d.o.o. će vas, međutim, u potpunosti osigurati od svih ozljeda i nesreća nastalih tijekom prijevoza i izleta gdje je ona odgovorni organizator.

3. Prilikom korištenja Adiona travel j.d.o.o. nećete na bilo koji način uznemiravati, prijetiti ili zlostavljati osoblje ili bilo koje druge osobe.
4. Nećete objavljivati nikakav sadržaj koji je opscen ili može biti pun mržnje ili uvredljiv na rasnoj, etničkoj, seksualnoj ili bilo kojoj drugoj osnovi; je štetan, vulgaran ili neukusan; je klevetnički, klevetnički ili zadire u privatnost ili vlasnička prava druge osobe.

Klijent ima pravo prigovora na neispunjene ugovorene usluge. Dužan je podnijeti pisani prigovor Adiona travel j.d.o.o., a najviše do sedam dana putovanja. Odgovor na prigovor dobit ćete u pisanom obliku u roku od 15 dana od dana primitka prigovora. Potrebni podaci: ime i prezime osobe koja podnosi prigovor, točna adresa za dostavu odgovora.ARBITRAŽA
Kupac i Agencija nastojat će riješiti eventualne sudske sporove u primjeni ovog Ugovora, a ako se sporazum ne može postići, problem će postati predmet odluke nadležnog suda u Splitu, prema zakonima Republike Hrvatske.
