About town Dubrovnik
Widely regarded as a town that has survived a couple of invasions due to it’s historic defenses that have survived a hundred or so years. The city is also known to attract a rather large number of tourists that come to see the famous walls that surround the town. Being located on the southest parts of Croatia, the town is cut off a bit by the neighbouring country of Bosnia & Herzegovina.
Another interesting thing about Dubrovnik is that it’s beauty also caught the eyes of TV show directors. Dubrovnik being one of the filming locations of the popular TV show Game of Thrones, portraying King’s Landing. The town also has several beautiful beaches for anyone to take a dip in during a hot Summer day. Dubrovnik is one of the most popular vacation destinations as well, whilst it may be a bit far than other Croatian towns, the beauty withstands it well.
About Game of Thrones
Game of Thrones has grown in popularity all over the world ever since it first started broadcasting, gaining incredible fame and fortune over the years until it’s end. The show having quite an easy going nature with character deaths over the years, cutting off main and side characters like pieces of cake. As the years go by and the show kept on going, we saw characters change and develop into more fleshed out characters that seemed real.
The story revolves around characters competing for ownership of a throne made out of swords that were surrendered to the first King of the seven lands. Each one claiming the right to it which, as you’ll soon find out, didn’t lead to a Diplomatic outcome. But that is one of the charms of Game of Thrones, the mystery of what will happen next.
