Choose between three different offers of Horseback riding:

1.FIELD RIDING

Field riding takes place on the Sinj field, a quiet environment near Cetina river, an ideal place for those wanting to forget about everyday stress and drowsiness. It truly is a lovely experience for those wanting to feel nature in a brand new way.
This offer is suitable for riders and non-riders, the pace of riding is calibrated to the knowledge of guests. Non riders take the trip exclusively in a walking tempo, while riders go at a faster pace that’s estimated by the guide that is in charge of keeping all riders safe.
Length of the trip is 1-2 hours for non-riders, while riders can choose longer variants.

2.DAILY EXCURSION

This excursion is intended exclusively for good riders that have ridden a horse before.
The kind staff will welcome you with a welcome drink at KK Sveti Mihovil ground, located in the pleasant atmosphere of Sinjska polja. You will get a chance to get acquainted with the noble creatures on whose backs you will spend unforgettable moments on. After preparing the horse, test riding in duration 10-15 min takes place in the enclosed space beside the barn.

Going on a horseback riding tour through nature is a special experience for all lovers of riding. Our Guides making an effort to take as many special moments as possible during your experience. The trail leads largely along the river Cetina, the longest Middle Dalmatian river, which is always delighted with its purity and clarity, and through the paths of the Sinj field. Riding for about 2.5-3 hours can make you quite tired. That’s why for a vacation in the beautiful ambience of the Premijer Restaurant, where lunch is organized. After a well-deserved rest we prepare the horses for a ride back to the stables for about 2.5-3 hours.

3.SCHOOL OF RIDING

You can learn a bunch of things whilst attending the KK Sv Mihovil riding school.
Throughout the program you’ll get acquainted on how to feed, groom, ride a horse, among various others things like leading the horse, riding it; collecting valuable knowledge if one day you decide to get a horse of your own.
At the first riding classes you will learn how to properly get on and off of a horse, how to properly sit on the horse, manage on the go. You will learn how to make the horse go and stop.

Parallel to this, you will slowly get to know the faster rhythm of horsepower and how well track the horse’s movements. That part is done with the constant presence of the instructor who controls the horses, to make the rider feel safer. When the instructor estimates that the rider is ready for independently riding he will let go of control over the horse.

Once you have successfully mastered your own riding and walking, which means you are able to ride in the enclosed field following the horse’s rhythm, we start with learning the gallop, where the principle of learning is the same as in a kas.
The ultimate result after riding a riding school is that the rider is capable of being alone to do a riding hour, which implies: to move and stop the horse, and to steer it.
Control the horses in each of the three basic types of horse movements: walking, throwing, and galloping.
Riders who successfully complete our school program are able to go riding in nature with the horses, which is most often the most beautiful part of this training.
