Golden Valley and Croatian California are common names for the Neretva Valley because of it’s extremely rich soil and golden mandarin orange trees on large plantations.
In October and November we organize mandarin orange picking for tourists, an unforgettable experience accompanied by live music and singing.
During the picking, each guest picks some mandarin oranges for themselves.
After the picking, the guests go on the PHOTO SAFARI with the authentic boats from the Neretva region called ‘lađe’, some of which are more than 100 years old.
A boat ride through effluents and channels among the rich flora and fauna of the Neretva marshland will not leave you indifferent.
After the ride, the guests arrive at the Hotel Restaurant Villa Neretva where they are served lunch.
