Where is Blue Lagoon Croatia
Nestled between the two Krknjaši islands, this enchanting archipelago is blessed with crystal clear waters, ideal for swimming, snorkeling and fun in the sun.
Krknjaši is made out of two islets. Krknjaš Veli is an islet in the Adriatic Sea. Located east of the island of Drvenik Veli, which is about 600 meters away, and south of the island of Krknjaš Mali. Sailing from Krknjaš Veli to the south, you enter the Šolta Channel. Sailing east, you enter the Split Channel.
Maslinica close to Blue Lagoon is also a beautiful place, being the only Šoltan village which is placed in the West coast of the island. It is characterized by natural values of the landscape, which along with the picturesque bay is made up of pine forests on the south side, and the immediate surroundings with a deep, well-sheltered bay Šešula and an archipelago of seven islands.

Blue Lagoon tour Split Highlights
The trip starts at 9:30 from Split waterfront “Riva”. Soon after, we pass under monastery Gospe od Prizidnice, built in cliffs of Čiovo island. Established during renaissance, it gave peace and shelter to Franciscan monks for centuries.
Around 11:30 am Solo arrives at the blue lagoon Krknjaši of Drvenik Veli Island. The Blue lagoon Krknjasi is a true perl in the Adriatic neckless. With it’s shallow, crystal clear water over sandy sea bed it is a perfect location for snorkeling, fishing, underwater photography or any other activity. Also, you can explore nearby villages and meet ancient dalmatian village architecture as well as it’s beautiful nature. As an optional, we prepared one hour off road tour across the Drvenik island with our Puch Pinzgauer, special off road military vehicle. In case you prefer to stay within our preserve, you can enjoy the sea or play a round of table tennis with your friends. This forested area is here for your use only. It has all necessary facilities to make your stay pleasant and comfortable but in the same time, it is environmental friendly, CO2 free and 100% powered by renewable sources.
At 12:15 lunch shall be served, fish or chicken freshly grilled over wood fire, with pinch of rosemary picked from our own garden, bread and salad, accompanied by high quality wine from Vis island, a homeland of wine. White “Rukatac” wine or red “Plavac mali”, it is up to you to choose.
Around 3:00 pm, Solo shall take you to half our cruise to Maslinica village on Šolta island. Upon arrival, you have an hour and a half for sightseeing or hanging out with locals in one of the local cafeterias. Beside other attractions you’ll be able to visit an original 17 century castle, built in 1603 by a noble family Marchi. It’s outstanding landscape and architecture shall give a final touch to your great day.
Departure from Maslinica is at 16:00. Arrival to Split is expected at 17:30.
